On rare occasions it may be necessary for me to contact you by phone (for example, to change an appointment time). Could you provide me with a phone number where I can reach you?

Although there is no charge for this initial meeting, should we decide to work together my fee is $225 per session. Due to licensing regulations, at this time I am only able to see clients who reside within the state of California.
